The room was so stylish and comfy! The flat-panel TV is perfect for chilling after a long day of exploring. The ergonomic workstation was great, and the pillowtop mattress felt like sleeping on a cloud. As a backpacker, this was exactly what I needed!

The color scheme in the room was a bit too dark for my taste.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private workstations for more focused productivity.

This was my extra special stay on our family vacation. I appreciated the hotel, everything was excellent here. The staff and people generally were really helpful. The breakfast was good, the room was well-appointed with an amazing view. It was in the central location amazing close to everything. Pool bar was great.

It was a gorgeous hotel in a nice enough area, near to all major attractions, a downtown area and souvenir shops. The exceptional service and shuttle to-and-from the parks far exceeded our expectations. Took the advantage of the parking onsite.

The hotel is clean and has a pool bar. Early check-in and easy check-out are convenient. The excellent location is a 10-15 minute walk from a popular water park. A shuttle is available to all parks if needed.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean. Very pleasant staff with a prompt and friendly staff member. I truly enjoyed the room for our clothing in the dresser. The bed was extremely comfy. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were a big plus.

i had a great stay at Four Points in a prime location near amusement parks and the city. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the bar offered an excellent choice of beer and whisky. the internet connection was fine, albeit with limited bandwidth, and the business class facilities were impressive. the room was clean and the beds were comfy. the proximity to Universal Studios theme parks and convenient shuttle service made our stay even more enjoyable. the pool area was quiet and the lobby and common rooms were clean, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The bed was very comfy. The bathroom was large and had central heating. The room included a private safe and a flat-screen television. The location was particularly good and unbeatable. The hotel provided a shuttle to the parks. There was great food available at the outdoor restaurant nearby.
